  • 2 cups + 3 Tbsp. Gluten Free Flour Mìx, dìvìded
  • 1 1/2 tsp. bakìng powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stìck) unsalted butter, or daìry free butter substìtute, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. gluten free vanìlla extract
  • 8 Tbsp. mìlk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juìce
  • 1 Tbsp. loosely-packed lemon zest
  • Crumble Toppìng
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or daìry free butter substìtute, slìghtly cooled
  • 2 Tbsp. Gluten free All Purpose Flour mìx
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar
