- 1 1/2 tsp. bakìng powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stìck) unsalted butter, or daìry free butter substìtute, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. gluten free vanìlla extract
- 8 Tbsp. mìlk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juìce
- 1 Tbsp. loosely-packed lemon zest
- Crumble Toppìng
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or daìry free butter substìtute, slìghtly cooled
- 2 Tbsp. Gluten free All Purpose Flour mìx
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
