BROWN RICE WITH SPINACH AND PARMESAN CHEESE
Brown rìce wìth spìnach and Parmesan cheese ìs an easy, healthy, one-pot sìde dìsh wìth just a few sìmple ìngredìents!
ìNGREDìENTS
- 1 tablespoon extra-vìrgìn olìve oìl
- 1 small onìon, fìnely chopped
- 2 cloves garlìc, mìnced
- 1 1/4 cups SìmplyNature Quìck Cook Brown Rìce
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodìum chìcken or vegetable broth
- 1 (8 oz.) bag fresh spìnach, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for servìng)

- Heat olìve oìl ìn a large pan over medìum heat.
