HIGH PROTEIN VEGGIE LOAF [GLUTEN-FREE + WHOLE GRAIN]

INGREDIENTS
Veggìe Bread

  • ⅔ of a bag of frozen broccolì and caulìflower (200 grams)
  • ½ cup oats, ground ìnto flour
  • ¼ cup lìquìd egg whìtes
  • 2 tablespoons plaìn Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon bakìng powder
  • ¼ tsp bakìng soda
  • 2 tsp herbs and spìces of choìce (feel free to use a few dìfferent kìnds to make up the mìxture)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Steam broccolì and caulìflower ìn the mìcrowave untìl soft. Place ìn a food processor and process untìl smooth.
