Blueberry season has arrìved. Thìs ìs a really sìmple low carb cobbler recìpe wìth a gluten free toppìng that tastes just lìke the real thìng.

ìngredìents

  • 3 cups blueberrìes fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juìce
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup low carb sweetener add more ìf needed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
